We always install (i.e. remove and replace) your windows/doors one at a time. When we take out one window, for example, a new one goes in the same spot before we carry on – so you'll never come home to an open hole in the wall.
Please note that the finishing around windows/doors is done last: we fit trims and seal the joints once all of them are installed.
We end every day by tidying up after ourselves. We remove all the dust sheets, hoover/sweep wherever we've been working, and take away all the waste along with your old windows/doors.
Bear in mind it's only "builder's clean" when we're done – expect to mop the floors yourself and perhaps polish the panes of your new windows and doors.
You pay in 2 instalments by bank transfer. The first on-account invoice is for 50% of the total amount and is due once your order is confirmed.
The second invoice, for the remaining 50%, is sent once all windows/doors have been installed and you've approved the completed project.
Your project from start to finish. Tap each date to read more about what happens that day.
Your chosen windows/doors are delivered straight to your address by an external haulage company, which delivers to the kerbside.
If you're able to, it's worth being home so you can point them to a spot for the pallet that suits you.
Expect the delivery between 8am and 4pm.
The tradespeople arrive between 7am and 9am, when you'll go through the project together. So you'll need to be home that morning.
Why not a more precise time? The tradespeople load the van, collect scaffolding and materials and drive out to you – so their arrival depends a little on the morning traffic.
At the joint kick-off, they'll go through the plan with you, so you know when they'll be installing in which rooms. You can also sort out keys and access. It takes no more than 15 minutes of your time – and then they get started.
Every day, the work area is covered with dust sheets, and each day ends with tidying up and a short video update with the plan for the next day.
The sealant specialist arrives between 7am and 8am to finish the project by sealing around the windows/doors. You don't need to be home, but it's a good idea to be there in the afternoon, so you can look over the finished work.
Once the sealant specialist is done, your entire project is complete.
We'll call you as soon as possible afterwards to hear whether you're happy. Once you approve the project, we'll email you a confirmation along with the final invoice.
These are the fitters you'll meet in your home when they install your new windows/doors. Coordinate everything about the installation directly with them once the project starts.

Yuri is a grandmaster with a sealant gun – and something of a Ukrainian Mozart too, able to play just about any instrument so beautifully the birds sing along.
He's from Ukraine, but already speaks decent Danish.

Daniel is a true perfectionist - Ordnung muss sein! He's thorough, and he doesn't stop until everything is absolutely spot on.
He's from Poland, so communication will be in English.

Nicklas is the apprentice who's always up for a laugh! For Nicklas, wilderness trips to Sweden are just the ticket, keeping his head clear for the day-to-day work.
Right behind the skilled fitters, you have the project managers. Ultimately, they're responsible for making sure you get a result you're happy with – one that lives up to the agreement we've made.

Lars is the experienced carpenter who makes sure the workmanship on your project is carried out to the letter. Contact Lars if you can't get hold of the carpenters.
