Book your free consultation online and we'll come to your home, measure up and go through your options for both windows and doors. You don't need to know anything beforehand – it's our job to advise you, answer your questions and make the choice easy.
The visit is free and completely non-binding. You always get an honest assessment – even if we think your current windows and doors will easily last a few more years.
Within 72 hours you'll receive a transparent, itemised quote. If the project needs help from, say, a bricklayer or an electrician, or a radiator has to be moved, we make sure it's factored in from the start. We coordinate everything, so you don't have to contact several different tradespeople yourself.
We'll call you and go through the quote, so you know exactly what's included. Because we're independent of the manufacturers, we can choose freely among the brands on the market and find the solution that best suits your home, your wishes and your budget.
Once you've approved the quote, we come out and take thorough check measurements, so every dimension is right down to the millimetre. Together we also go through the next steps and the expected schedule, so you know what will happen – and when.
We then order your windows and doors, made to measure for your home. At the same time you'll receive an invoice for the first 50% of the order. We handle the entire ordering process, so you don't have to do anything yourself.
Before installation you'll receive a concrete schedule with fixed start and end dates. You don't need to be home when the windows are delivered – we'll let you know and handle the coordination. When the work begins, the carpenter goes through the plan with you, so you know when the crew will be working in each room. Our skilled craftsmen cover everything carefully, install one room at a time, and tidy up and vacuum at the end of every working day.
On your personal My Page you can follow the project, watch the day's video update, and see when the craftsmen are coming and who is working in your home. Once all windows and doors are installed, we finish the job with trims and sealing. Finally, we do a thorough clean-up and take the old windows with us, so the materials can be recycled.
When the work is done, we go through the entire project with you. You only approve the result once you're satisfied, and then we send the invoice for the remaining 50%.
You get up to a 10-year guarantee on the windows and a 2-year guarantee on the installation. Should any questions or issues come up afterwards, we're of course ready to help.
