Black timber/aluminium windows with triple glazing

The house has dark timber cladding and yellow brick, and the new frames needed to blend into the facade rather than break it up. We chose timber/aluminium in black: timber inside for warmth, aluminium outside so there's no painting. The large fixed sections are kept at full width, and the two sliding doors still give free access to the patio.
