A large two-storey brick villa where the original mahogany windows were worn down after many years of wind and weather - but where the architecture was worth holding on to. We replaced all 22 windows and 7 doors with new mahogany ones and redrew the bay window's characteristic glazing-bar pattern, so the house looks just as it did before. Only now it's draught-free, warm and noticeably quieter inside.

Price example incl. delivery, installation, scaffolding and VAT. Indicative - every home is different.
It's a high price compared with our other price examples. Here are the reasons - so you can see what drives it, and what would look different for your home.

The house was designed with mahogany, and that's how it should stay. We chose mahogany, oil-treated inside and out, with triple-glazed acoustic glass in every element. The bay window's diagonal glazing bars are repeated in the new section, so the house's largest window is still the one that catches your eye.

Mahogany runs through the whole house - from the round window in the gable to the door sections facing the garden.
